Customer’s Requirements:
Mazda is a famous brand of motor manufacture around the world, lists No.255 on “Global 500”.
Automobile painting is one of the most important processes. Normal air shower has filter blocking problem due to the large amount of dust caused by the painting process, and the number of workers and their frequently entry and exit exacerbated it. After deep discussions with our customer, we designed “Water Curtain Air Shower” to deal with this problem. Air shower on the top and one side, water curtain on the other side. Streams of water drop down and bring away the particulars that have been removed off the garments by clean air. This air shower has effectively improved work efficiency and increased workers’ comfort. (In summers the temperature grows higher in the workshop, water curtain will relief the heat and make people feel more comfortable.)
In addition, we made a control device, which draws water from the bottom sink to the top of the curtain, the flows have self-circulations, with a regular new stream supplement to ensure cleanliness and low temperature.
